Emirates NBD Egypt and Talaat Mostafa Group (TMG) have collaborated to launch a range of Mastercard credit cards. This initiative aims to offer a banking experience tailored to the needs of customers living within and beyond the integrated urban communities developed by TMG.

This collaboration reflects Emirates NBD Egypt’s commitment to expanding its banking services and redefining the meaning of comfort and rewards to better serve customers’ aspirations. By leveraging Mastercard’s technology and network, this collaboration offers a secure and convenient digital payment experience, complemented by a loyalty program specifically designed to meet their everyday needs.

Mustafa Ramzi, Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates NBD Egypt stated: “We take pride in this strategic collaboration with Talaat Moustafa Group and Mastercard, one that underscores our commitment to delivering innovative banking solutions tailored to our customers’ lifestyles within urban communities. With the launch of the credit card portfolio, we are enhancing everyday convenience, strengthening loyalty programs, and accelerating digital transformation. This initiative goes beyond promoting financial inclusion to reinforcing our position as a trusted and forward-thinking bank in the Egyptian market.”

Commenting on this, Omar Hesham Talaat, CEO of Business Development at Talaat Mostafa Group: “The collaboration with Emirates NBD Egypt and Mastercard comes as part of the Group’s ongoing commitment to offering a variety of services that cater to the needs of all residents and visitors across our developments.” He also added: “Talaat Mostafa Group is keen on establishing collaborations with leading financial and economic institutions in the Egyptian market to provide the highest quality of service to our customers.”

Mohamed Assem, Country Manager for Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon at Mastercard, stated: “We are proud to collaborate with Emirates NBD Egypt and Talaat Mostafa Group in launching the first of its kind credit cards in the Egyptian market. Through our advanced digital solutions, we enable customers to enjoy a smarter, more seamless payment experience. We also contribute to building a more inclusive digital payments ecosystem that supports community growth and drives economic development.”

The new cards – TMG Titanium credit card, TMG Platinum card and TMG World credit card, feature a rewards program where points are earned and redeemed with every purchase. Within TMG entities, cardholders enjoy cashback based on card type: Titanium offers 3% cashback (6 points/EGP), Platinum 4% (8 points/EGP), and World 5% (10 points/EGP). For purchases outside TMG, customers earn up to 1.5, 2, or 2.5 points per EGP, depending on the card.

The cards offer exclusive rewards through TMG’s extensive network in retail, hospitality, and more. While primarily designed for TMG residents, Emirates NBD Egypt customers are also eligible to apply and enjoy a dedicated rewards system, along with year-round offers and promotional campaigns.

Customers can easily apply for the new Mastercard credit cards through Emirates NBD Egypt branches or through the bank’s official website. A fast-track application process has been developed to streamline approvals exclusively for residents of TMG communities.
