Located on Cromwell Road in South Kensington, this retail space is the first Emirates store to open in Europe and is part of a global plan to establish 40 stores worldwide. The new store integrates advanced technology, personalized travel advice, and immersive experiences that highlight Emirates’ renowned hospitality.

Kazim remarked, “When customers book a flight or holiday, it transcends a mere financial transaction; it’s an emotional experience. We are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy a memorable visit through personalized interactions and engaging displays that highlight our premium in-flight offerings. The Emirates London Travel Store reflects our deep-rooted commitment to the UK, a crucial market since our inaugural flight 37 years ago. We are excited to welcome customers and uphold our ‘Fly Better’ promise by bringing the Emirates experience to life.”
Redefining the Travel Experience
The Emirates London Travel Store aims to give customers a taste of the airline’s luxurious travel offerings, featuring its First Class private suite, the full-sized A380 Onboard Lounge, and a Premium Economy seat where visitors can experience this popular cabin class firsthand.
Spanning 270 square meters, the store boasts a spacious, lounge-like layout with a bright, airy color scheme and modern furnishings, allowing customers to make travel arrangements comfortably. There are seven dedicated customer service counters to assist with flight bookings, ticketing, and general inquiries, all staffed by knowledgeable travel consultants ready to provide personalized service for flight reservations, holiday planning, and Skywards loyalty program inquiries.
The store also incorporates smart technology, including self-service screens that complement travel consultants and a ‘selfie mirror’ for visitors to capture memories with scenic backgrounds.
Additionally, the store offers a wide range of Emirates Official Store merchandise and travel accessories, catering to customers looking for items like aircraft models, useful travel gadgets, and even Emirates-branded towels for Wimbledon 2024.
Emirates Holidays, the tour operating division of Emirates Airline, has also opened a new store at the Cottons Centre. A dedicated team of 45 travel consultants is available to assist customers with expert advice, tailor-made holiday packages, and exclusive offers.
Emirates currently operates 133 weekly flights to Dubai from the UK, connecting seven UK airports to 140 destinations worldwide. In London, the airline runs services from Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted, transporting over 45,000 passengers to and from the UK capital each week.
