easyJet has announced the introduction of three new winter routes from UK airports and is now offering seats for ten additional routes from London Southend Airport, set to begin alongside the opening of the airline’s new base at the airport in summer 2025.

Starting October 28, 2024, easyJet will launch twice-weekly flights from Southampton to Amsterdam and from Leeds Bradford to Paris Charles De Gaulle. Additionally, a twice-weekly service from London Luton to Malta will commence on December 4, 2024.

The airline is also putting three new routes on sale from London Southend Airport, with flights to Reus and Almeria in Spain, as well as the popular destination of Malta, set to begin in March 2025.

Earlier this year, easyJet announced the opening of a new three-aircraft base at London Southend Airport, along with seven new holiday destinations including Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Dalaman, Antalya, Enfidha, Marrakech, and Pisa. Now, both flight-only seats and easyJet holiday packages are available for booking across all ten destinations, with the first flights departing on March 30, 2025, bringing the total number of routes from London Southend to 17.

Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, expressed excitement about the launch of these new routes, highlighting that over 44 new routes are now available from this winter, along with the ten routes from the new base at London Southend Airport. Gayward emphasized that this expansion underscores the importance of the UK market for easyJet, offering more choices for consumers who value the airline’s trusted brand, extensive network, and competitive fares.

Currently, easyJet serves 21 UK airports and operates nearly 600 routes to over 130 destinations across Europe and beyond. For more information about easyJet’s UK network and to book flights, visit easyJet.com.
