Sports betting giant DraftKings is elevating its rewards programme with exclusive premium giveaways. The company has introduced its 2025 Elite Rewards Gifts and Experiences Catalogue to the Dynasty Rewards programme, offering participants the opportunity to earn unique travel and hospitality experiences.

“As a customer-focused brand, we are always seeking new ways to serve our customers better. Dynasty Rewards was developed to deliver unforgettable, personalised experiences and gift options for our players,” said Chika Chandrashekar, DraftKings’ Vice President of Loyalty and Experiences. “Providing a best-in-class loyalty programme to our players, along with the most rewarding benefits and exclusive access unavailable elsewhere, is crucial to us.”

This initiative is part of DraftKings’ mission to build and deepen customer loyalty.

“For us, loyalty means a fan who genuinely enjoys our product,” Chandrashekar told Fox Business. “We place a strong emphasis on responsible gaming, ensuring that with the education and tools we provide, customers enjoy DraftKings in a positive and safe way. As they engage with DraftKings, they’re rewarded for their loyalty.”

In August, DraftKings reported second-quarter revenue of $1.104 billion for the three months ending 30 June, marking a $230 million, or 26%, increase compared to $875 million for the same period in 2023.

This revenue growth was primarily due to sustained customer engagement, efficient acquisition of new users, expansion of the Sportsbook offering into new jurisdictions, a higher structural sportsbook hold percentage, and the acquisition of Jackpocket Inc., completed on 22 May.
