What you’ll be doing:
As our Partner Program Director, you’ll take ownership of creating a best-in-class Partner Program / Customer Loyalty Program that enhances our value proposition and drives significant revenue impact. Working closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product, you will:
- Design & implement a structured Partner/ Customer Program that attracts, engages, and retains partners while driving ARR growth for Dext.
- Develop the commercial framework, including tiering, incentives, and benefits for both Dext and our partners/customers.
- Assess & evolve our existing community program, ensuring its integration and ongoing success within the broader Partner Program.
- Collaborate with regional GMs to understand market-specific needs and tailor the program accordingly.
- Secure buy-in from leadership, presenting structured plans to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and ensuring seamless execution.
- Align with Product Marketing to embed the program within the Dext value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive adoption and promote the program internally and externally.
- Measure & report on program success, defining key metrics and continuously optimising for growth.

- Successful delivery and adoption of the Dext Partner Program
- Growth in partner sign-ups and new partner acquisition
- Increased client growth and retention through partnerships
- Strong, measurable ARR impact
- High partner engagement and satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS, within the accounting tech space
- Proven track record of building and launching partner programs / customer loyalty programs from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in presenting structured plans to senior leadership teams
- Understanding of global business dynamics and ability to scale programs internationally
- A commercially driven mindset with a focus on revenue impact
