The True Fam loyalty program offers exclusive perks, event access, and additional savings to its most loyal customers. It is a three-tiered program that allows members to earn and redeem points across all consumer touchpoints, including in-store, online, and through the brand’s mobile app. The three tiers are opening act, headliner, and icon status. The loyalty program is aimed at increasing customer retention and customer lifetime value, both of which are essential to True Religion’s continued growth.
