Confex, a purchasing group, has introduced a loyalty and rewards system to assist its wholesale members and their retailers.

In collaboration with Jisp, the Confex Savings Club will enable wholesalers to incentivize their retailers for purchasing through them by offering exclusive product promotions and loyalty rewards without any additional cost to the wholesaler.

Through the Confex Savings Club, brands can provide personalized promotions to retailers solely through Confex wholesale members, leveraging an omni-channel marketing platform with advertising exposure to both retailers and shoppers.

The Confex Savings Club incorporates advanced A.I. technology to facilitate tailored engagement, communication, and rewards between supply chains and end consumers. Key features of the platform include A.I.-driven advertising, cross-channel push notifications, daily news updates, integration with social media, and daily digital scratch cards and rewards.

Innovative features include instant win and prize draw campaigns that can be implemented either at the depot for engaging with retailers or in-store to activate shoppers. These campaigns utilize existing packaging, eliminating the need for reprinting packaging and distributing printed materials.

“We’re thrilled to launch the Confex Savings Club in partnership with Jisp,” stated Jess Douglas, Chief Operating Officer at Confex Ltd. “We aimed to provide our wholesale members with a loyalty and rewards platform they could extend to their retailers, fostering loyalty while offering discounts and rewards to their retailer clientele.

The Confex Savings Club also seeks to redefine the dynamics of rewards and revenue sharing within the sector. Brand investments are distributed across the supply chain, with 40% going directly to shoppers, 20% to operators and retailers, and 5% to charity. This shared investment model sets a new standard for connected media and offers genuine visibility into marketing ROI.
