27 November 2025 – Club Car Wash has introduced a new mobile app designed to simplify how customers interact with the brand, marking a significant step in the company’s push toward more digitally driven services—now a staple across the retail and service industries.

The app, available immediately, consolidates key features into a single platform, including membership management, purchasing individual washes, locating nearby sites, and accessing customer support. A new contactless tipping feature has also been added, allowing customers to tip team members at specific locations directly through their smartphones.

Alongside the launch, the company has unveiled Platinum Rewards, a revamped loyalty program that lets members earn points redeemable for discounts on monthly wash plans. Users can also generate points by inviting others through the app’s “Refer a Friend” tool, which sends referral messages by text or email.

Club Car Wash President Collin Bartels said the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing convenience and recognising loyal customers. “Our team has worked hard to develop this new tool to reward our members and improve the wash experience for all our guests,” he said.

The rollout responds to growing customer demand for loyalty perks focused on existing members rather than only promotions aimed at new sign-ups, signaling a shift toward a more balanced and customer-centric rewards strategy.
