Your Missions
Within the CRM & Data department within the Communication and Client Experience Direction (CEC) – reporting to the Head of Client Communication Strategy – you will contribute internationally to the CRM strategic definition and execution for CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty.
In close collaboration with various teams such as international marketing, retail team, and other CEC touchpoints (media, social media, eBusiness), you will also serve as a key contact with CHANEL Artistic Direction. You will support Regions and key Markets in deploying their CRM strategy while considering various local specificities.
- Client Communication Project Management, and Innovation:
- Drive continuous improvement in campaigns, encouraging teams to think innovatively. Propose fresh ideas to enhance relevance, particularly in dynamic Asian markets through Social CRM activations.
- Develop activation strategies for key campaigns, ensuring alignment with client segmentation, operational efficiency, and insightful reporting.
- Oversee deployment coordination, ensuring timely execution and availability of assets and guidelines.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and innovations, transforming trends into insights for briefs when relevant.
- Global Vision, Local Insight, and Data-driven Approach:
- Listen attentively to regional challenges and their competitive landscapes, enhancing the relevancy of your recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Client Intelligence team, leveraging CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty client data effectively,
- Be an active and leading member in CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Worldwide CRM community, sharing expertise and fostering close collaboration.
- Project and team management:
- This role requires a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who can inspire teams, manage complex projects, and align project goals with the overall vision
- Exercise a high degree of autonomy and empower team members by fostering a culture of accountability and trust
- Lead and master dedicated projects and forster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Manage and empower junior project manager/ consultant & Intern
YOUR PROFILE
- Possess +7 years of substantial experience in CRM
- First experience in managing a team of (junior) project managers
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate diverse stakeholders effectively towards shared project objectives.
- Proficiency in utilizing data insights to inform strategic decision-making and shape CRM strategies.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to overcoming challenges and consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Proven track record in project management, with a keen ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaboration and teamwork within a professional environment.
