Good Sam is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Manager of CRM to lead our data-driven cross-channel CRM and personalized marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and optimization of direct mail, email, and mobile marketing programs to support our business growth with a focus on campaigns that drive revenue, conversion, customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This position is hybrid-work model, based in our downtown Chicago office: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Oversee development, planning, and execution of integrated direct marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, identify optimization opportunities for improved conversion and revenue growth.
- Ensure that all CRM marketing initiatives are executed accurately, on-time, and in accordance with specified campaign requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Optimize CRM content, messaging, and cadence through rigorous, data-driven A/B testing and experimentation, ultimately driving results and continuous improvement in our CRM campaigns.
- Apply defined email, SMS, and push best practices in customer segmentation, audience building, personalized offers, and KPI measurements to continuously drive channel performance.
- CRM Strategy & Analytics
- Develop customer contact/audience targeting strategies to optimize customer touchpoints across all CRM channels including email, SMS, push, and direct mail.
- Create, evaluate, and track KPIs to measure success against business goals and work closely with the CRM analytics team to interpret results.
- Analyze available campaign performance data and deliver insights, trends, and campaign recommendations to business owners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Partnership
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand content that aligns with audience segments, personalization efforts, and campaign goals.
- Work closely with product marketing and business owners to identify campaign optimization opportunities that lift performance and customer engagement.
- Build deep trusting relationships with colleagues, drive cross-team alignment, and represent CRM in support of top-down business needs and opportunities.
- Manage external vendor and partner relationships; ensure deliverables and project timelines.
- Partner with Marketing Technology and Engineering teams to further refine, and identify optimizations to, the Good Sam Martech Stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM campaign strategy and channel planning, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or retail environment, including direct mail, email, and mobile marketing.
- Deep understanding of data-driven direct marketing model and best practices.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, Epsilon).
- Strong planning skills and effective stakeholder management, as well as an ability to set and manage realistic timelines and backlog priorities.
- Able to identify opportunities and issues and proactively follow through to capitalize on and resolve them.
- Passionate about CRM channel marketing and able to thrive in face-paced environment.
Pay Range
$89,565.00-$130,620.00 Annual
