The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Campaign Manager to join British Airways on a 12-14-month Fixed Term Contract, to plan and implement world-class marketing campaigns that create brand impact and drive growth for BA
What You’ll Do
- Implement, manage and deliver global marketing activities which could include; consumer, business, partnership (such as tourist boards), trade and brand
- Utilise customer insight and audience analysis to deliver market leading communications that increase revenue and build the BA brand
- End to end accountability for each activity from strategy and planning, agency briefing through concept development creative development and final delivery, including tourist board partner sign off.
- Work with agency partners to build outstanding creative work that sets BA apart and meets business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance closely and work with commercial team to ensure activity is optimised whilst live
- Ensure communications are delivered to agreed brand guidelines, are legally sound and meet contractual partner obligations
- Develops media plans for campaigns and allocate budgets to optimise reach and impact with target audiences
- Work closely with key collaborators in loyalty, CRM, PR, BA Hols to ensure plans are fully integrated

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and able to form relationships with collaborators to support delivery
- Ability to manage budgets effectively, adhering to agreed corporate processes; making the necessary trade-offs in order to deliver the commercial plan
- Good tactical marketing competence with ability to identify short term requirements and develop and deliver appropriate solutions
- Action orientated and results driven demonstrates ability to use own initiative
