BPBP is strengthening its retail division by recruiting David Phillpot, a former director at Marks and Spencer franchise, for a newly established position.
Phillpot will assume the role of convenience trading director for Europe at BP, reporting directly to Jo Hayward, the vice president for Convenience Europe.
His responsibilities will include enhancing performance and fostering growth in convenience retail across BP’s extensive network of over 3,000 company-owned stores in Europe.
Additionally, he will focus on optimizing BP’s strategic alliances with grocery partners throughout the continent.
