As our Membership Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, developing, and delivering the Membership program for Bicester Village, focusing on building long-term member relationships aligned with key business objectives. 

This role is perfect for someone currently working in the retail industry within a loyalty program,  who is eager to take on more responsibility, engage directly with guests, and bring innovative ideas to make a significant impact

 

About the role

  • Drive Membership at Bicester Village by optimizing strategies focused on member experience and building a loyal community.
  • Report KPIs regularly to enhance guest experience and align with our growth strategy. 
  • Analyze membership data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to offer compelling benefits that attract new members and provide meaningful experiences and rewards to engage and retain existing ones. 
  • Develop and execute end-to-end cross-channel campaigns, including rewards, emails, push notifications, and other relevant channels. 
  • Develop a yearly calendar of memorable guest experiences across all member levels.
  • Measure rewards performance to inform future decisions. 
  • Act as Membership ambassador through  membership training for Hospitality or store teams to ensure the best guest experience whilst driving sales. 

 

Role requirements

  • 5+ years managing loyalty or membership programs in retail or luxury brands.
  • 3+ years of analytical experience with tools like PowerBI, Google Analytics, Responsys, and Salesforce.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas).
  • Proven success in delivering membership strategies in a multinational organization, with knowledge of the luxury retail landscape.
  • Guest-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong project management skills.
