Global Loyalty Organisation is pleased to welcome Benjamin Lipsey, SVP & Head of Flying Blue at Air France-KLM, as Director on GLO’s Advisory Board. 
 
Benjamin’s professional experience spans several continents and global airlines in North America and Europe. His first hand C-level experience & insights will be invaluable for GLO as in his current position as SVP & Head of Flying Blue at Air France-KLM, the airline achieved several prestigious awards by Skytrax and World Travel Awards. Prior to Air France, Ben was part of Air Canada and headed Global Connection Project, as well as held positions as the Chief of Staff and in the President’s Office. Ben is avid user of FFPs, deeply understands the loyalty & customer engagement challenges facing airlines and travel industry and is passionate to offer his insights to the bring innovation to loyalty industry.
