We are looking for a results-driven Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and measurement of retention marketing activities for our trade customers. This role will focus on managing and enhancing our installer loyalty scheme value proposition, ensuring it delivers a strong return on investment while meeting the needs of our customers.
Responsibility for delivering integrated marketing campaigns, developing targeted retention strategies, and leveraging customer data to drive engagement and long-term loyalty. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and effective stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution across marketing, sales, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the retention marketing strategy to maximise customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our installer loyalty scheme value proposition within the HVAC sector.
- Plan and execute segmented and personalised marketing communications to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that provide measurable business impact and return on investment.
- Create and implement targeted and national promotions that align with the needs of the business and customer base.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with broader business initiatives.
- Analyse customer data to identify opportunities to influence behavior and enhance engagement through automated and personalised marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer profiling and segmentation to deliver tailored marketing activities.
- Develop lifetime value analysis and performance metrics to measure and optimise campaign success.
- Track and evaluate loyalty program performance using key KPIs, making data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Manage reporting through tools such as Power BI, ensuring insights are easily accessible to stakeholders across the business.
- Undertake customer feedback analysis (Voice of Customer) to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Administer and monitor budgets, ensuring spend aligns with company policies and financial controls.
Education and Experience
- Experience in loyalty marketing, retention marketing, or CRM within a B2B or trade-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience managing loyalty programs and delivering measurable business results.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
