AnadoluJet has launched ticket sales under Turkish Airlines' new brand "AJet" as of March 12 via its official website ajet.com. Miles & Smiles rewards program is not applicable to the tickets sold after March 12, 2024 as AJet is not among the contracted airlines included in the Miles&Smiles passenger program.

Turkish AirlinesTurkish Airlines clarified that recently launched AJet, is not among the contracted airlines included in the Miles&Smiles passenger program. Therefore, Miles&Smiles award tickets cannot be issued for AJet flights:
- If a ticket was issued before March 12, 2024 for AnadoluJet, but the flight will be operated by AJet, the customner will be able to benefit from Miles&Smiles status privileges, even if the flight is operated by AJet.
- If a ticket was issued before March 12, 2024 for AnadoluJet, but the flight will be operated by AJet, the customer can earn Miles for this flight, even if the flight is operated by AJet.
- a passanger will not be able to issue award tickets for flights sold by AJet, as AJet is not among the contracted airlines included in the Miles&Smiles passenger program. Therefore, Miles&Smiles award tickets cannot be issued for AJet flights.
- a passanger cannot exchange an award ticket for an AJet flight. Since AJet is not one of the contracted airlines included in the Miles&Smiles passenger program, it is not possible to exchange your Miles&Smiles award ticket for an AJet flight.
