As the Resort blossoms into its tenth year, Jeff Leatham’s stunning centrepiece – a towering arrangement in the heart of the lobby – symbolizes this milestone of growth and refinement and reflects the Resort’s timeless charm and the flourishing relationship between nature and design. Standing tall and graceful, the striking display envelops a cascade of rich amethyst, glowing sunset orange and deep ruby red, complemented with lush emerald green, creating a captivating masterpiece of nature’s finest magnificence. Palm leaves also adorn the installation, a meaningful ode to Dubai and the welcoming oasis that it has always been to travellers from all walks of life.

Jeff Leatham is a globally renowned floral artist celebrated for his visionary approach to design, blending bold artistry with the natural elegance of flowers. As the Artistic Director of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, Leatham has transformed luxury spaces around the globe, creating iconic floral installations that captivate the imagination and redefine the relationship between nature and art. His signature style, which combines dramatic and sculptural structures with vibrant colours and a meticulous attention to detail, has earned him international acclaim and collaborations with high-profile clients and luxury brands across the world, as well as numerous accolades including a prestigious “Knighthood,” the Chevalier de L’Ordre des Arts et Lettre – France’s highest honour for those who have made significant contributions to France’s artistic legacy. Leatham’s work is not only a reflection of his deep passion for florals, but also his unique ability to evoke emotion and create unforgettable experiences through the beauty of nature. Leatham’s latest masterpiece at Four Seasons Resort Dubai was brought to life in collaboration with the pioneering floral decoration brand IGP.

Delightfully complementing Leatham’s floral artistry, Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert has exclusively created a special signature dessert to celebrate the occasion. “Polly the Bee” is a unique and sweet creation that beautifully envelops a delicate orange blossom and honey mousse, paired with a pistachio biscuit and nutty pistachio praline. The sweet treat not only delights the eyes and palate, but it also honours the beauty of nature and the vital role that bees play in the flourishing of flowers.
