About The Role

You will work directly with high-net-worth clients, helping them optimize their credit card usage, loyalty points, and travel redemptions. This role is part advisory, part strategy, and part travel concierge.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client’s annual spending, categories, and goals.
  • Recommend the best set of credit cards tailored to their lifestyle.
  • Guide clients on maximizing reward points (earning + burning strategies).
  • Assist with redeeming points through airline & hotel loyalty programs.
  • Advise on partner airline alliances, hotel perks, upgrades, and transfer ratios.
  • Help plan travel itineraries, leveraging points for business/first-class flights and luxury hotel stays.
  • Conduct setup calls, explain options clearly, and manage ongoing follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Strong with numbers and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills (client-facing role).
  • Knowledge of credit cards, air miles, and loyalty programs (training provided).
  • Background in travel planning or exposure to travel agencies is a plus.
  • Strong geography knowledge (top cities, hubs, routes).
  • Customer-first attitude, able to simplify complex redemption strategies.
