Dunelm has introduced a new mobile app designed to enhance the digital shopping experience with artificial intelligence-powered search, integrated loyalty rewards and real-time stock visibility.
The UK homewares retailer said the app forms part of its broader digital transformation strategy, aimed at strengthening omnichannel engagement and making it easier for customers to browse, shop and manage purchases across devices.
AI-Powered Product Search
At the heart of the new platform is an AI-driven search function that helps customers find products faster and more intuitively. The upgraded system improves search accuracy by understanding natural language queries, interpreting style preferences and delivering more relevant product recommendations.
Shoppers can use conversational phrases—such as describing colours, room types or design aesthetics—and receive tailored results, reducing the need for exact product names or filters.
