Emirates is stepping up its premium offering in Japan with an expanded Chauffeur-Drive service, rolling out at Narita International Airport from 1 February 2026 and Kansai International Airport from 1 March 2026. The move builds on the existing service at Haneda Airport, keeping Emirates as the only international airline to provide chauffeur-driven transfers across Japan.

The complimentary service is available to First and Business Class passengers on eligible Emirates flights, offering smooth, door-to-door transfers between the airport and a home, hotel, or office. Premium travellers flying from Narita also enjoy access to Emirates’ lounge in Terminal 2.

Each journey includes up to 100 kilometres of driving, calculated via the shortest route. Coverage spans Tokyo’s 23 wards and much of Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa for Narita, while Kansai service extends across Osaka City and parts of Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Hyogo. Additional distance is charged at JPY 500 per kilometre, payable directly to the driver.

The expansion underlines Emirates’ growing footprint in Japan and its focus on delivering a consistent, high-end experience both on the ground and in the air.
