Third major global partner announced by the ICC in recent weeks
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has today confirmed a landmark, multi-year global partnership with Marriott Bonvoy, aimed at enriching the travel and hospitality experience for fans attending ICC Events around the world.
Revealed in Mumbai, the agreement sees Marriott Bonvoy become the ICC’s Official Accommodation Partner until 2029. The partnership will span all ICC men’s events, commencing with the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, scheduled to begin on 7 February in India and Sri Lanka.
As part of the collaboration, cricket fans travelling to ICC tournaments will gain access to Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive portfolio of hotels worldwide. Accommodation will also be available through official travel packages offered via ICC Travel and Tours, enabling fans to combine premium stays with unforgettable cricket experiences.
This announcement follows the ICC’s recent partnerships with Hyundai Motor and AB InBev, further strengthening its global commercial portfolio. The ICC’s growing list of partners also includes Emirates, Aramco, DP World, Sobha and Coca-Cola, with Google and Unilever supporting ICC women’s events.
The partnership with Marriott Bonvoy underlines the strong commercial appeal of ICC Events and highlights how global brands can engage meaningfully with cricket fans across diverse markets. By bringing together cricket and travel, the collaboration will leverage Marriott Bonvoy’s footprint of more than 450 properties across key event destinations to serve fans, teams, officials and ICC stakeholders.
In addition to accommodation offerings, the partnership will extend to select ICC events and conferences, with opportunities for bespoke cricket-led content, local activations and enhanced member engagement initiatives.
