2025 was powered by emotion – taking us across continents, inspiring new stories, and creating moments to remember. From bold new openings to innovative partnerships, from the dedication of our Heartists® to the milestones that brought our global community closer than ever, it was a year where every step helped shape the future of hospitality.

In 2025, we reached new horizons with landmark launches: the debut of our very first Emblems Collection hotel, the inaugural Orient Express Hotel, and the grand premiere of the La Dolce Vita Orient Express.

At the heart of every achievement stand our 360,000+ Heartists®, who continued to carry the spirit of hospitality all over the world. This year marked the 40th anniversary of Accor Academy, while the roll-out of our Heartist® Volunteering Program underscored our commitment to making a difference.

Through ALL Accor, Accor’s booking platform and loyalty program, our dedication to making every stay a memorable moment reached new heights with the campaign “Don’t be a Guest, be a Guest Star”, and the milestone of 100 million members.

Our brands continued to inspire. Novotel, in partnership with Paris Saint‑Germain, unveiled the final chapter of its Legendary Rooms series. Meanwhile, Paris Society Unlimited opened the doors to unparalleled lifestyle and dining experiences.

Guided by purpose, we celebrated 2,800+ hotels eco‑certified globally and honored culture and heritage preservation through partnerships like that with the World Monuments Fund.

Innovation set the course for the future: from launching our AI Concierge to enhancing Accor GPT, we created seamless, personalized connections between people, places, and possibilities.

In 2025, every achievement – from welcoming a single guest to opening a new hotel – embodied the sense of belonging that defines Accor. We didn’t just cross borders; we created moments that transcended them, shaping a journey that continues to unfold.
