Purpose of the job

In this role you will be responsible for scaling our earn and burn partnerships with various travel travel partners, including but not limited to Airline, Hotels, Banks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach Partners and manage end to end launch of the partnership
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate agreements, and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Coordinate with Regional commercial and finance team to enable earn and burn proposition in different markets.
  • Coordinate with technical team, vendor, and partners for enabling partnership
  • Support the governance and KPI monitoring for strategic partners including regular partnership executive cadence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously improve partnership strategies and tactics.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience working on points loyalty programmes in travel sector is mandatory
  • Experience with partnership negotiation and contract management
  • Experience in a complex matrix organisation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
