Sabre and Capillary Technologies (US) announce co-operation to offer next generation loyalty solutions for the travel industry

Following the agreement, Sabre will integrate Capillary's Loyalty Management solution into its platforms for airlines and hotels, thereby enhancing its comprehensive offerings with Capillary's advanced loyalty management capabilities.

Sabre Corporation, a company that provides software and technology for the travel industry, has announced a partnership with Capillary Technologies, a platform that offers loyalty management and customer data solutions. This agreement will allow Sabre to incorporate Capillary’s loyalty management capabilities into their platforms for airlines and hotels, offering valuable insights into customer loyalty data, new opportunities for loyalty management, and enhanced customer experiences across the entire traveler journey. For Sabre Hospitality customers, the Capillary hospitality platform will be integrated with Sabre Hospitality SynXis applications, while for airlines, Capillary’s loyalty management solution can be integrated with SabreSonic, Customer Insights, Payment, and Dynamic Rewards products. Capillary Technologies uses AI to interpret comprehensive data sets and provides real-time insights into customer preferences, enabling airlines and hoteliers to step up their relationships with travelers while enhancing revenue-creation opportunities. The Capillary loyalty management solution goes beyond traditional points-focused loyalty programs and has been named a Leader in “The Forrester Wave TM: Loyalty Technology Solutions, Q1 2023” report. This partnership will bring a customizable, integrated, cloud-based loyalty management solution to Sabre customers and the wider travel industry.
