GLONar has been recognised as the leading mobile operator in Azerbaijan for the fourth consecutive year, with the highest index in the Customer Loyalty Index (NPS). Respondents expressed their satisfaction with Nar’s quality services, which were offered at affordable prices. The statistics of Nar’s tariffs also support this indicator, with an increase of 135% and 85% in the number of subscribers to the “Cavannar 6” and “Cavannar 9” tariffs, respectively, and a total increase of 13% in the “Full” packages. In order to enhance customer service, Nar renovated 20 centers and dealer stores and added 164 new 4G base stations, resulting in a 7.6% increase in 4G users on the network.
In 2022, Nar introduced new features such as the eSIM service with facial recognition technology and the “Nar+” self-service application, which allows subscribers to manage their balances. Additionally, Nar has been offering educational applications like “LingoKids” and “FluentWorlds” for those interested in learning English, with a free first month and a 70% discount.
