GLOAlimentation Couche-Tard is set to enhance its loyalty program, Innercircle, aimed at Circle K customers. Earlier this year, the company introduced the program in its Florida network, and it has received positive feedback from customers.
The company revealed this expansion plan alongside its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. Brian Hannasch, the President and CEO of Couche-Tard, expressed their intention to roll out the program to additional business units throughout the year.
Hannasch specified, “We have recently launched Innercircle in one of our largest business units, Grand Canyon, and have plans to extend it to more business units, starting with the southeast of the United States, as the year progresses.”
Innercircle is a complimentary membership program that offers rewards for fuel and food purchases, along with personalized experiences for loyal customers. Initially, the program was introduced in 430 stores across Florida, with further expansion planned to encompass other states in the future.
