GLOThe company is leveraging its existing portfolio of six brands to venture into new markets that were previously untouched. Devarana – Dusit Retreats will concentrate on the ultra-luxury segment, while Dusit Collection will encompass the upper upscale and luxury segments.
Devarana – Dusit Retreats, described as a reinvention of the former luxury brand Devarana, aims to expand the company’s Devarana Wellness concept by providing tailored healing experiences at exclusive locations worldwide. The brand’s inaugural property will be a transformation of an existing Dusit property in China, set to open in October 2023, with more signings expected by year-end.
Dusit Collection will function as a flexible brand applicable to unique standalone properties worldwide. It has been designed to represent a refined and personalized approach to property development, service, and guest engagement. This allows property owners to maintain their establishment’s distinctiveness without the need for rebranding or extensive renovations typically required by Dusit’s core brands. The company anticipates announcing the first official signings for Dusit Collection soon.
Dusit’s current portfolio includes 55 properties operating under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and over 230 luxury villas under Elite Havens, spread across 19 countries. They have a substantial pipeline with more than 60 Dusit Hotels and Resorts, aiming for 22 additional signings this year.
Dusit’s brand portfolio consists of:
- Devarana – Dusit Retreats – focusing on ultra-luxury.
- Dusit Collection – catering to the upper upscale and luxury segments.
- Dusit Thani – representing luxury.
- Dusit Suites – targeting upper upscale.
- dusitD2 – falling into the upscale category.
- Dusit Princess – positioned in the upper midscale segment.
- ASAI Hotels – categorized as midscale lifestyle.
- Elite Havens – specializing in luxury villa rentals.
