Tesco has partnered with Evri, enabling customers to earn Clubcard points for each parcel sent through the delivery service.

Shoppers can accrue one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on evri.com, providing a valuable benefit for individuals facing ongoing cost-of-living challenges, especially as the festive parcel-sending season approaches.

These Clubcard points can be later converted into vouchers, offering discounts on purchases at Tesco. Alternatively, customers have the option to donate to charity or enhance the value of their points by choosing from over 100 Tesco Clubcard Reward Partners. David Saenz, Chief Growth Officer at Evri, expressed pride in making parcel sending more cost-effective through the Tesco Clubcard partnership, offering an additional benefit alongside their leading services as the busy holiday season approaches.

In a separate initiative, Tesco has recently introduced a technology trial at its Fulham Reach Express GetGo store, allowing shoppers to pick items from shelves and seamlessly proceed to checkout, where a list of selected products is automatically presented. This move aligns with Tesco’s broader strategy of reducing manned checkouts in favor of an increased focus on self-service options, as revealed in the company’s announcement last month.
