As easy as scanning a QR code conveniently placed in each room, guests can shop a finely-curated selection of premium products to further personalize their stay, surprise their loved ones or bring home to hold on to the memories of the New York minute. Popular items include the Spa’s coveted skincare products and tools; advanced haircare, bath and body essentials; electronics; children’s plush toys; and premium gifts. The team at Four Seasons New York Downtown is also excited to share its exclusive memory card and go fish game, “The Art of NYC,” showcasing artistic New York City landmarks, only available through In-Room Essentials.
All purchases made via In-Room Essentials will be delivered to guests’ rooms for the perfect getaway – enjoy the moment and embrace the luxury of convenience.
