Philip Shelper and Hunter Murrey (Loyalty & Reward Co.) and Tom Peace (The Loyalty People) started Day 1 of “Loyalty Programs: The Complete Masterclass”. 

30+ loyalty, CX and CRM practitioners from retail, telecoms, F&B, consulting and loyalty solutions gathered in London for 2,5 days of loyalty training course. 

The course is based on recently published Philip Shelper’s book “Loyalty Programs: The Complete Guide” 2nd edition availiable on Amazon.com
