GLOSugro introduces a fresh e-loyalty program aimed at enhancing customer retention and engagement on their e-commerce platforms. Through this initiative, retailers can earn rewards by accomplishing various tasks related to featured brands, such as purchasing specific quantities of products and providing photographic evidence of in-store displays.
In collaboration with their e-commerce partner, b2b.store, Sugro’s wholesale members now have the option to integrate a rewards hub into their online ordering app. This feature incentivizes customers to accumulate discounts for future purchases.
The first to implement this rewards system is R&I Jones, a wholesale partner based in Wales. Their customers can now access a dedicated “Rewards” tab within the app, offering a glimpse into available tasks to earn discounts.
Yulia Petitt, Head of Commercial and Marketing at Sugro, emphasized the significance of digital solutions in driving online sales growth and anticipates that the new e-loyalty program will significantly contribute to this strategy.
