The programme received accolades for ‘Best Overall Loyalty Program Travel – Car Hire, Airline, Accommodation, Airport’ and ‘Best Overall Loyalty Program Other – Entertainment, Experience, Hospitality’. The Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards, held by the Australian Loyalty Association, celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in the loyalty industry across the Asia Pacific region.

Australian Loyalty Association Chair, Sarah Richardson, said: “Accor’s commitment to excellence in customer loyalty is truly inspiring.”

ALL – Accor Live Limitless is the free lifestyle loyalty programme of Accor that goes beyond hotels and offers. It delivers members truly spectacular experiences, privileges and rewards. Points can be earned on accommodation as well as at thousands of restaurants and bars throughout the Accor network, which can be used to redeem hotel stays and other experiences.

Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer PM&E, Adrian Williams, said: “We are extremely proud to receive these two prestigious awards from the Australian Loyalty Association. Our team was thrilled to accept the awards on behalf of all of our team members throughout Asia Pacific, who deliver incredible member experiences every day. These awards are recognition of the care and support they provide to all of our members.”

Accor was the first hotel operator in the Pacific to reward their customer’s loyalty with exceptional partner benefits, including the ability to boost Qantas Frequent Flyer points and access to world-class sporting and entertainment events at Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.

From luxury to economy, Accor has 19 international brands across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia, such as Sofitel, MGallery, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Peppers, The Sebel, Mantra, Handwritten Collection, Novotel, TRIBE, Mercure, BreakFree, ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget, as well as Ennismore’s SO/.
