American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) operates around the world with one goal in mind: provide a bespoke and seamless experience for our Card Members and hundreds of travel partners. As a critical component of premium card products’ value proposition, TLS offers a full range of services from trip planning and booking to enhancing the broader travel experience through proprietary programs.
The Team
The Global Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) team within TLS/American Express Travel brings together the best travel partners in the world to create unparalleled value and unforgettable experiences across the travel journey—and amplifies this to Card Members wherever they are.
The Senior Manager, Amex Travel Loyalty Strategy, will support the strategy to deepen loyalty for Amex Travel.
Responsibilities
- Data / targeting strategy – Synthesize Card Member data to align on priority audience segments and marketing strategy
- Measurement strategy – Define how success is measured holistically and at a marketing channel level
- Marketing technology approach – Work with technology and data teams to integrate TLS data into Amex’s marketing technology stack to best drive these outcomes
- Channel marketing strategy – how do we evolve marketing plans/tactics to support loyalty goals
- Main point of contact for key loyalty partners across servicing, card products, etc.
Qualifications
- Ability to translate high volumes of sophisticated data into strategic recommendations
- Cross-channel marketing strategy experience, including familiarity with paid media, paid search, email, site marketing, etc.
- Customer data strategy experience preferred
- Excellent partner and team player—this role depends on strong partnership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to dive into the details as needed, but also “level up” communications to bring cross-functional partners and leaders along
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
