Job Description:

  • Managing and directing the end-to-end Customer Loyalty Experience activities in the marketing team.
  • Establishing, managing and monitoring the loyalty structure for Ford Otosan customer platforms.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the offered features within the scope of customer requests and feedback. Accordingly optimizing and creating new strategies.
  • Designing loyalty project processes in coordination with product owners, IT teams and agencies, along with technical support for operating the loyalty program on analytical foundations. To mediate the provision of value-added services to customers.
  • Supporting the loyalty program with research. To shape the benefits and scope of the loyalty program by analyzing the needs of the market, the future, and customer expectations within the scope of loyalty studies.
  • Identifying possible development areas/opportunities of Ford Otosan Loyalty strategy, analyzing project proposals together with IT teams and carrying out integration and development studies.
  • Contributing to and expanding the Ford Otosan partner ecosystem through collaborations with 3rd party companies within the scope of the loyalty program.
  • Performing competitor analysis by regularly monitoring loyalty activities through public channels.
  • Taking an active role in the Customer Journey design within the scope of Loyalty, helping to offer solutions that will create an enhanced customer experience.
  • Developing revenue models based on internal/external vehicle data (data monetization) that will create efficiency for Ford Otosan, creating project proposals, developing and following end-to-end projects with IT & software teams
  • Coordinating loyalty program based data analytics processes; identify key performance indicators (KPIs)

 

Requirements:

• BS / MS in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or other related technical discipline

• Min. 3 years experience in CRM, Customer Loyalty and/or Customer Segmentation, Experience Management especially in automotive, banking, telco sectors.

• Effective at communication skills and contribution to team work

• Analytical thinking, interpretation and having good problems solving skills

• Ability to understand complex business processes or requirements and translate them into simple yet effective business practices

• Good command of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, Advanced Reporting, analyzing and presentation skills.

• Experience in customer loyalty, segmentation, lead generation and the customer journey, and the desire to take this to a higher level.

• Automotive industry knowledge

• Fluency of written and spoken English
