GLOThe retailer’s loyalty program has expanded its reach across the United States, boasting nearly 5 million members spread across more than 30 states. Alimentation Couche-Tard continues to introduce its Inner Circle loyalty initiative nationwide.
As stated by Brian Hannasch, the President and CEO of the company, there are approximately 16 million members registered, with close to 5 million fully enrolled in Circle K’s loyalty program. This announcement was made during the firm’s fiscal third-quarter 2024 earnings call, as reported by CSP News.
“Registrations and full enrollments have experienced a twofold increase over the quarter, and we are observing consistent growth in program enrollments. Presently, we have expanded to over 4,000 locations on Inner Circle, including three new business units introduced in early March, bringing the total to 10 and encompassing over 30 states in the U.S.,” Hannasch remarked.
Inner Circle was introduced in 2023 as a complimentary membership program, offering customers various rewards such as food, merchandise, and other incentives.
Couche-Tard currently operates in 29 countries and territories, managing a network of over 16,700 stores, with the vast majority offering road transportation fuel. Recently, the company acquired a range of retail assets across Europe from TotalEnergies, resulting in the introduction of the Circle K brand across multiple European markets.
