Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

In this role, you will act as the backbone of the Group’s Corporate Communications team in London particularly from an organisational perspective. You will develop meaningful and strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the business as well as with external partners.
Your role
- Act as an ambassador for Group Corporate Communications and the Pictet Brand and as a first point of contact for all queries.
- Support the team to create unique, engaging, and shareable visual content for Pictet’s Group social media channels, planning posts and campaigns both proactively and reactively.
- Efficient management of budget and events including contract review, invoicing, liaising with suppliers and organising travel arrangements for participants for the Prix Pictet.
- Ensure the smooth-running of the team including partnering with HR and IT to facilitate the onboarding of new team members, partnering with the Pictet Academy to support team members’ development needs, and summarising the team’s work quarterly.
- Support the Brand Marketing team’s analysis of competitor social media, brand partnerships, advertising campaigns, podcasts and direct marketing (CRM).
- Liaise with partners including the National Gallery, the V&A, the Serpentine etc. on co-marketing and sponsorship requirements.
- Proof-reading creative assets including social media copy, publications and film subtitles as well as business reports and presentations.
- Work with the team to prepare meetings, updates and summaries ahead of key off-site meetings, senior stakeholder meetings. Collate monthly, quarterly and annual results, and take ownership of delivery.
- Facilitate team workshops with internal and external parties and guests, including presenters and speakers, working with the AV teams to deliver seamless experiences including broadcasts to international offices, Q&A participation etc.
Your profile
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager in a professional environment with a demonstrable interest in the creative industry and a passion to expand knowledge.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and creative flair.
- Confident in decision-making, proactive and a true team player who is willing to be flexible with priorities and open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy, you will be comfortable adjusting to new systems and operating at an intermediate level with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills and a command of correct grammar.
