The opening of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher Algharbi marks another significant milestone in the Group’s expansion in Saudi Arabia. This opening also follows the recent launch of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher Alsharqi, and helps further cement the Group’s presence in the Holy City.

Radisson Hotel Group is pleased to announce the opening of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher Algharbi, marking another significant milestone in the Group’s expansion in Saudi Arabia. This opening also follows the recent launch of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher Alsharqi, and helps further cement the Group’s presence in the Holy City.

Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher Algharbi offers 161 tastefully contemporary designed rooms with clever use of color that reflects the Park Inn brand’s vibrant spirit. Guests can expect a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant and a cozy lobby café serving a variety of international and local cuisines. The hotel also provides a complimentary 24-hour shuttle bus service to the Grand Mosque of Makkah, ensuring a convenient stay.

Guests staying in the hotel can explore the rich heritage at The Kiswa Factory of the Holy Ka’aba, where the intricate cloth covering the Ka’aba is crafted. The Hira Cultural District is also nearby and provides a deep dive into Islamic history and culture, while Makkah Mall offers a modern shopping experience with a wide range of retail and dining options. For those seeking spiritual enrichment, the historic Cave of Thawr, known for its significance during the Prophet Muhammad’s migration, is also within close proximity.

The hotel is located in the heart of Thakher City, only 2,1 km from The Grand Mosque, and is part of a comprehensive urban development led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which covers 320,000 square meters.
