Principal Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement credit card business strategies to deliver business targets
- Grow engagement with all customer segments and respective profitability
- Drive the development and commercialization of loyalty platforms and solutions to promote long-term customer relationship with Cards and more
- Launch and commercialize new digital/ mobile capabilities and initiatives to drive up adoption and usage
- Build synergy with the wider Retail Banking and other lines of business to drive win-win outcomes to all stakeholders
- Review and coordinate initiatives to optimize profits and reduce costs
- Keep track of card business performance and product profitability
- Ensure regulatory, compliance to banking industry standards and audit directives are met
Requirements
- University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in credit cards, or other banking products management with good understanding about product profitability dynamics
- High degree of personal drive and resilience
- Proven experience in project management and implementation, especially in launching and commercializing new products or solutions as an advantage
- Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
- Strong understanding across different business units in Wealth and Personal Banking
- Good knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements
