Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, is located at the mouth of the Tejo River on the Iberian Peninsula. Known for its Manueline architecture, including the Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower, and its iconic yellow trams, the city is a haven of UNESCO World Heritage Sites offering a rich blend of culture, history and romance. Lisbon is a popular destination for both backpackers and honeymooners.
Previously, travelers heading to Portugal with Korean Air had to transfer in neighboring countries such as France or Spain. However, the new direct flight to Lisbon offers significantly greater convenience for travelers, making it easier to explore Lisbon and nearby regions. With this new service, Korean Air aims to strengthen its presence in the European market.
