Hilton Riyadh Olaya opens its doors in the heart of Riyadh
Hilton Riyadh Olaya has opened in Riyadh’s cultural and business district. Located on the King Fahd Road, the establishment aims to cater to business and leisure travellers, offering modern amenities and proximity to key commercial hubs within the city.
The hotel features 239 guest rooms, including one- and two-bedroom suites and residential apartments. Designed with a focus on functionality and comfort, the hotel incorporates elements inspired by the publishing world, such as quills, pens, texts, and calligraphy. This thematic approach aims to provide a distinct experience for guests.
Stephan Reiter, general manager of the newly opened property, said: “We are excited to welcome guests to Hilton Riyadh Olaya. This opening marks the culmination of months of hard work and collaboration with city officials and local partners. We are grateful for the support of the community and leadership, and we look forward to creating memorable experiences for our guests in this vibrant city.”

Renaissance Business Bay Hotel opens in Dubai
Renaissance Business Bay Hotel opens in Dubai, located near Downtown along the Dubai Water Canal. Adding to Marriot Bonvoy’s portfolio of over 30 hotels, the new property will be well-connected to the city’s business, leisure and cultural hubs.
The new hotel boasts 251 rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows providing view over the Dubai Water Canal and Dubai skyline. The theatrical design is inspired by the local culture and a blend of the region’s modernity and heritage, with unique artifacts that celebrate these themes.

Bab Al Shams Resort & Spa unveils its new Desert Pool Villas
Bab Al Shams Resort & Spa has opened its Desert Pool Villas. The new collection features eight private, minimalistic, Bedouin-inspired villas that provide the ultimate desert retreat.
The one- and two-bedroom villas blend into the surrounding desert landscape: expansive rooms with full-length glass doors open out onto a private deck that hosts a pool, outdoor dining table and seating area around a fire pit, with a background of unobstructed desert views.
“We’re incredibly excited to unveil the Desert Pool Villas, which truly embody the heart and soul of Bab Al Shams.
