Role Purpose:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager of the Loyalty Program, you will be responsible for implementation of marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
A typical day in this Role:
- Marketing Strategy: Assisting in planning marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Marketing Campaign: Plan and execute campaigns with effective media and activation strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams including partnership, local retailers, PR and analytic to implement relevant campaigns
- Budget Control: Monitor and control the A&P budgeting, and campaign KPI for ROI improvement
- Market Trends: Manage the market research, forecast and analysis and keep abreast with the market trend and competitors

Success will depend on:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing, digital or other related discipline
- Work experience in retail or FMCG field is an advantage
- Responsible, analytical, self-motivated, positive can-do attitude, teamwork, with excellent communication skills
- Innovative and drive for changes
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
