As AirAsia prepares to welcome the Year of the Snake in 2025, the airline has announced additional seasonal flights for Chinese New Year, reuniting families and friends between Singapore and East Malaysia.

As AirAsia prepares to welcome the Year of the Snake in 2025, the airline has announced additional seasonal flights for Chinese New Year, reuniting families and friends between Singapore and East Malaysia.

AirAsia guests can start planning their festive travel between 24 January and 5 February 2025 starting today. During this festive period, enjoy late-night flights from Singapore to Kuching or limited-time flights from Singapore to Sibu, Miri or Tawau.

With the addition of 22 extra flights to selected destinations in East Malaysia, AirAsia will operate 43    flights during the 2025 festive season, offering over 7,900 seats at dynamic fares. This reaffirms the airline’s commitment to enhancing travel accessibility during peak festive periods, staying true to its mission of ensuring ‘Now Everyone Can Fly’.

Guests travelling this festive season are strongly encouraged to self check-in via airasia.com or the AirAsia MOVE app, available up to 14 days prior to the departure date and use the e-Boarding Pass to board the flight. For a smooth and seamless travel experience, guests are advised to arrive early at the airport. Baggage drop counters open at least two (2) hours before departure.
