The agreement was signed by Manal Alshehri, Vice President of Digital Transformation at Saudia Group, and Majed Al-Ghamdi, Vice President of Government Digital Products Sales at Elm. The agreement reflects Saudia’s commitment to invest optimally in the latest technologies with the aim of providing the best services and ensuring a quality travel experience.
Manal Alshehri, Vice President of Digital Transformation at Saudia Group, commented: “This collaboration represents an important step towards enhancing the accuracy and reliability of guests’ data by enabling the latest digital solutions. Saudia takes pride in this strategic partnership with Elm, which will directly contribute to improving and developing the travel experience for Saudia’s guests”.

Al-Arifi added that the agreement aims to ensure security and safety while enhancing integration among relevant stakeholders.
