Ubisoft has revamped its loyalty program, enabling players to use accumulated units to get discounts on pre-orders and new game releases. Players can enjoy a 20% discount for every 100 units redeemed, with units earned at a rate of one per dollar spent.

Beyond discounts, the program offers exclusive in-game rewards, including weapons and character skins. New Ubisoft accounts start with 100 units, allowing players to apply a discount to their first purchase.

Additionally, Ubisoft is reportedly in talks with Tencent about a potential buyout that could take the company private. Tencent, which currently holds nearly 10% of Ubisoft, is looking to play a more significant role in the company’s decision-making.

From Ubisoft’s press release:

Ubisoft+ offers many subscriber perks, like day-one access to new releases, premium editions of games included in the library, and exclusive monthly rewards.

Now, Ubisoft+ revamped the rewards system. Each month, subscribers earn rewards simply for having an account, and the number of rewards you can claim correlates to how long you’ve been subscribed. So if it’s your first month as a subscriber, you’ll get one reward, but if it’s your fourth, you get four – though four is the reward cap, so subscribers celebrating their sixth month will also receive four rewards. With the rewards update, players can choose which rewards they receive instead of getting a randomly assigned one, and those rewards will be redeemable in-game regardless of platform. These rewards include exclusive cosmetic in-game items, boosters, and more.

In addition to monthly rewards, with a Ubisoft+ Premium account, you can play premium editions of old favorites, and get access to premium editions of new releases on launch day. Be among the first to play Star Wars Outlaws’ first story pack, Wild Card, when it releases on November 21. In Wild Card, Kay Vess is hired to infiltrate a high-stakes Sabacc tournament, but things take a turn when she crosses paths with the infamous Lando Calrissian and she learns that another game is being played. You can also unlock exclusive content with the Season Pass, which includes the Hunter’s Legacy Bungle and the Cartel Ronin Bundle, which feature new outfits as well as speeder and ship cosmetics. Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers also exclusively receive the Blue Headband, a cosmetic item for Nix that makes him look fearsome to enemies.

You can also be the first to play Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora’s Secrets of the Spires story pack when it launches in late November, where players can engage in epic aerial combat on their banshee to uncover the secrets of a new canyon region and restore peace before it’s too late.  Additionally, Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers exclusively will receive Bladewing Moth Wing crafting material, the Upper Plains Rider weapon set, the TAP Rebellion weapon set, and the Resistance Scavenger weapon set.

These rewards – and everything else Ubisoft+ has to offer – can be yours today. Subscribe to Ubisoft+ Premium for day-one access and exclusive rewards for Assassin’s Creed Shadows Ultimate Edition when it launches on February 14, Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card on November 21, and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora’s Secrets of the Spires in late November.
