AccorEnnismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, is delighted to reveal its key 2025 openings across its ecosystem of hotels and F&B destinations. Breaking new ground and setting benchmarks for lifestyle and leisure experiences, this year’s openings represent significant milestones in Ennismore’s global growth.
In 2025, Ennismore is entering several new markets, including Australia with Hyde, Mondrian, and 25hours, and Ireland with The Hoxton Dublin. The year also marks brand debuts such as SLS in Europe and Mama Shelter in Asia. With an emphasis on culinary innovation, Ennismore is expanding its portfolio of standalone restaurants and bars in collaboration with Paris Society, Rikas Group, and Carte Blanched, which continue to deliver culturally resonant dining experiences.
Following a strategic partnership with Rikas in 2024, Ennismore brought Rikas and Paris Society together to create a new F&B platform with a curated collection of brands and world-class operational capabilities.
