ACMobility, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions in the Philippines, has unveiled its new membership programme, designed to deliver exceptional value, convenience, and a seamless charging experience to its customers.

The ACMobility Membership offers a selection of subscription plans that include generous credit allowances and significant savings, ensuring cost-effective and efficient charging for EV owners. With savings of up to 20% on fees compared to pay-as-you-go pricing, the programme presents a more affordable alternative to traditional fuel costs, making electric mobility more accessible than ever.

“Our ACMobility Membership programme has been crafted with the future in mind. It provides straightforward, cost-effective, and convenient charging solutions to support the growing number of EV owners in the Philippines,” said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, CEO of ACMobility. “This initiative underscores our dedication to driving the transition to cleaner transport while recognising our customers’ loyalty by offering value and a hassle-free experience at every charge.”

Membership Options and Features

The ACMobility Membership includes three plans—Plan 1,200, Plan 2,000, and Plan 4,000—tailored to accommodate a range of charging needs. Each plan provides credits valid for 30 days, which can be used across all ACMobility charging stations:

  • Plan 1,200: PHP 1,500 credits (equivalent to 52kWh AC or 42kWh DC)
  • Plan 2,000: PHP 2,500 credits (equivalent to 87kWh AC or 71kWh DC)
  • Plan 4,000: PHP 5,000 credits (equivalent to 175kWh AC or 142kWh DC)

Credits refresh every 30 days and are applicable across all station types, though unused credits will expire at the end of the plan’s validity period.

Membership is open to all EV owners as a recurring subscription, renewed every 30 days via credit card. Members can easily manage their plans—including modifications or cancellations—through the ACMobility Membership Portal, effective at the end of each billing cycle. Please note that credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash or equivalents.

How to Subscribe via the Evro App

The ACMobility Membership programme is exclusively available through the Evro app. Evro, a leading software solutions provider within the Ayala Group, enables users to locate available charging stations, monitor charging sessions, and make cashless payments effortlessly.

For new users:
During registration, users can link their Evro account to the ACMobility Membership by following the prompt to select a plan through the membership portal.

For existing users:

  • Navigate to My Profile > Link Membership > ACMobility.
  • Follow the prompt to choose a plan in the portal.

Steps to subscribe:

  1. Open the Evro app and go to My Profile.
  2. Select Link Membership, then choose ACMobility Membership.
  3. Pick your preferred plan (Plan 1,200, Plan 2,000, or Plan 4,000).
  4. Fill out the registration form with your personal details.

Using credits is straightforward:

  1. Open the Evro app and select an ACMobility charging station.
  2. Plug in your vehicle and scan the station’s QR code to pair the charger with the app.
  3. Select ACMobility Membership credits as the payment method and proceed to confirm the transaction.
  4. Once charging is complete, stop the session and unplug your vehicle.

If the available credits are insufficient for the session, the app will prompt the user to choose an alternative payment method for the remaining balance, allowing the session to continue without interruption.

Empowering the Philippines with Accessible EV Charging

With the launch of its membership programme, ACMobility continues to lead in advancing electric mobility, reinforcing its commitment to providing accessible, sustainable charging solutions. By simplifying the charging process, ACMobility supports more Filipinos in transitioning to EVs, helping them embrace a cleaner, greener future.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this membership programme, which makes EV charging more affordable and accessible for Filipino motorists,” said Carla Buencamino, Head of Mobility Infrastructure at ACMobility. “This initiative builds trust with our members and empowers them to adopt sustainable technology with confidence.”

Looking ahead, ACMobility plans to enhance the membership experience further with features such as wallet sharing, integration with the GCash app, and a loyalty and rewards programme to encourage frequent usage.
