Key Responsibilities:

  • Loyalty Digital Strategy and Planning
    • Lead and drive the digital engagement strategy for the Membership Programme aligned with business goals
    • Map out the Loyalty Digital UI / UX journey to achieve holistic customer experience to drive direct bookings (for both Rooms and F&B purchases)
    • Evaluate and collect all user requirements and collaborate with product engineers and managers.
    • Ability to illustrate design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.
    • Create graphic user interface elements such as tabs, widgets, and menus
    • Develop loyalty related customer touch points and platforms to fuel direct bookings (Web / Mobile Apps / Social Commerce, etc.)
    • Strategize, analyze and convert incremental revenue from Web/ Mobile Apps / Social Media/ B2B / B2C/ digital commerce platforms associated with Loyalty 
  • Direct and orchestrate Loyalty Campaigns and Offer Promotions
    • Lead and coordinate Loyalty Corporate Campaigns and Offer Promotions to achieve Loyalty Revenue Growth
    • Work closely with the global/regional agencies or vendors to drive business realisation through various Loyalty platforms and customer touch points
    • Work closely with Corporate and Hotel Stakeholders to drive Loyalty Performance Goals, including but not limited to eCommerce, Revenue Management, F&B…, etc
  • Power up the Loyalty Growth with Customer Insights
    • Derive and oversee the management reporting framework for Loyalty
    • Use big data and AI to improve customer experience and sales conversion 
    • Strategic planning and monitoring social review platforms, understand user behavior, customer journey, performance measure and customer engagement through aggregate platform

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent In Marketing or related subjects
  • Good command of English and Mandarin 
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and leading Loyalty, CRM, Digital for a global brand with strategic vision for how to maximize business results
  • With UI/UX Designer’s experiences, include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and developing navigation components, are preferrable.
  • At least 5 years’ experience within a supervisory / managerial role 
  • Possesses a deep understanding and solid experience in managing commercial marketing supported by consumer insights
  • Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of co-working partners, preferably with exposure in virtual organisation structure 
  • Well-developed leadership skills; effective relationship management skills and strategic thinking with strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communications
  • Team player, responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality
  • High level of attention to details, sensitive to data and while at the same time is organized, pro-active, self-motivated and independent
  • Strong presentation skills
