Since 2019, Navitaire’s New Skies platform has empowered FLYONE to provide competitive fares, personalized à la carte and bundled service options, and its exclusive FLYONE Club subscription program. The newly added Digital Experience Suite will further enhance customer engagement by offering APIs and toolkits that ensure seamless interaction across various digital touchpoints.
Meanwhile, the Amadeus Segment Revenue Management Flex solution will support FLYONE in refining its pricing and inventory strategies. With a user-friendly interface, the system leverages automation, interactive data visualization, and centralized dashboards to optimize decision-making. By integrating RMIS, FLYONE gains access to near real-time data from New Skies, enabling swift responses to market fluctuations and dynamic inventory adjustments.
