wagamama’s popular loyalty program, soul club, is now available on Deliveroo—making it the first restaurant loyalty scheme to launch on the platform. This new integration allows UK customers to earn rewards when ordering wagamama through the delivery app, extending the brand’s guest experience beyond its restaurants.

soul club offers members the chance to unlock free menu items and access exclusive foodie content, including an ever-evolving mix of recipes and culinary videos. Customers can now link their soul club and Deliveroo accounts by entering their registered email address at checkout. Points earned from eligible orders on Deliveroo can be redeemed in-restaurant.

The move builds on nearly a decade of partnership between wagamama and Deliveroo, which began in 2016. The pan-Asian restaurant chain—renowned for its chicken katsu curry and chilli squid—remains exclusively available for delivery via Deliveroo, operating from 148 locations across the UK.

“This is a major milestone in how we reward and engage with our guests,” said Emma Colquhoun, chief marketing and commercial officer at wagamama. “Our commitment has always been to deliver great food and great value, and now we can extend that loyalty to our guests’ homes through this innovative partnership.”

Deliveroo’s chief business officer, Carlo Mocci, added, “We’re thrilled to launch the first restaurant loyalty scheme on Deliveroo with wagamama, one of our biggest exclusive partners. It’s a fantastic way to bring even more value to our customers, and we’re looking forward to adding more restaurant loyalty programs to the platform in the future.”

The launch of soul club on Deliveroo marks a significant evolution in how restaurants reward loyalty in the digital age—meeting customers wherever they choose to dine.
