The round was co-led by True Ventures and GV (Google Ventures), with support from Sophia Amoruso’s Trust Fund, BAM Ventures, Mercury Fund, and others.

Founded by former Meta product and engineering leaders—and sisters—Misbah and Farah Uraizee, Nectar acts as an intelligent, always-on teammate that listens to customers in real time, attributes engagement to actual purchase behavior, and enables brands to scale relationship-building with relevance and precision.
